Untold Fun – Refund & Cancellation Policy 

At Untold Fun, we value your privacy and satisfaction above all else. Because we offer personal and intimate products, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to prioritize your safety, health, and discretion. 

1. Cancelling Your Order 
   Before Shipment: 
   If you wish to cancel your order before it is delivered, please reach out to us as soon as possible. You can contact us at  support@untoldfun.com  or call our customer care team. 
   
2. Return & Refund Policy 
   Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific 
   circumstances. You may request a return or refund in the following cases: 
   We accept returns only if: 
   ●  The product arrived damaged 
   ●  You received the wrong item 
   To qualify for a refund: 
   ●  You must contact us within  3 days  of receiving the  product 
   ●  The item must be  unused  and returned in its  original  packaging 
   ●  Photos showing the issue (damage or incorrect product) must be provided 
   Once your return is approved and the item is picked up, we’ll process the refund after the item 
   received, within  48 working hours  .

3. How Refunds Work 
Once your refund request is approved: 
●  It will be processed within  2 business days after  the item received. 
●  The amount will be returned to your  original payment  method. 

4. What Cannot Be Returned 
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are  non-refundable  : 
●  Items that have been  used  ,  worn  , or  tampered with 
●  Products sent back without their original  packaging  or  invoice 

5. Discreet Shipping 
Your privacy matters. Every order is shipped in  plain,  tamper-proof packaging  , with no visible branding or product details.
